SUPER SAP 生質環氧樹脂
Tan Tien 採用由 Entropy Resins 製造的 Super Sap 高性能環氧樹脂系統。
Super Sap 使用來自工業廢棄物流的生質材料，例如樹液等再生來源，取代部分傳統石油原料，藉此降低產品的碳足跡。
Loaded 更與 Super Sap 合作開發專屬配方，針對這張板的需求進行調校，進一步提升這塊板子的耐用度與彎曲特性。
三軸玻璃纖維＋玄武岩複合結構
板身使用 Triaxial Glass 三軸玻璃纖維布強化整體結構，從板頭到板尾，以及左右方向都能提供良好的支撐與強度，同時保有適當的扭轉彈性（Torsional Flex）。
在 Keyhole 頸部等關鍵受力位置，則策略性加入 Basalt 玄武岩纖維補強，在不影響整體 Flex 彈性的情況下，提高結構強度與耐用性。
富有回彈感的 Kicktail 板頭與板尾也經過額外強化，更能應付：
Freestyle 花式技巧、Manual 平衡動作，以及各種創意玩法。
LOADED 招牌 FLEX 彈性
Tan Tien 提供兩種不同 Flex 軟硬度選擇，針對能量回饋、順暢 Carving 與靈敏 Slide進行調校，讓整體滑行維持 Loaded 一貫流暢、充滿 Flow 的腳感。
- 較低 Flex 數值，也就是較硬的設定：適合體重較重的玩家，或喜歡激進操控、Freestyle 技巧的滑手。
- 較高 Flex 數值，也就是較軟的設定：適合體重較輕的玩家，或希望獲得更靈敏、更有彈性回饋感受的人。
垂直層壓竹芯結構
Tan Tien 的核心採用永續方式取得的竹材，並以垂直層壓方式打造板芯，這也是它充滿活力、彈性與自然回彈腳感的重要來源。
竹子的生長速度最高可達傳統硬木的 35 倍，能吸收更多二氧化碳，而且砍伐後能自然重新生長，不需要重新種植。
因此，竹材不只讓 Tan Tien 擁有輕快、富有彈性的滑行感，也讓整體材料選擇更兼顧永續性。

The ideation and design of all of our products are spearheaded by a small, project specific, in-house team followed by input from the entire in-house crew and select ambassadors. The strength of each project team is built on a foundation of trust, maximizing individual strengths/perspectives, accountability, intellectual rigor and constructive criticism. Egos and biased assumptions are challenged and the expectation is that each player brings a healthy dose of positivity and passion to the table. The upshot is both refined product and poignant personal growth.
