The Bucket is part of our new hat collection that combines technical fabrics with functional headwear and our patented Airhole technology. We take the classic bucket hat and combine it with a built in neck protector and facemask to keep the elements at bay. This style has been designed to wear the facemask either in front for full face protection, or tucked behind to wear as a technical hat. Polar is our most popular fabric due to its high performance polyester & spandex construction that performs in all conditions. Polar repels moisture and protects against cold and heat making it ideal for everything from mid winter adventures to spring park laps. For the outer, we use a polyester weather resistant fabric which includes a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating to bead water and prevent the fabric from becoming saturated to keep your face dry and comfortable. Our Bucket Tech Hat features our original silicone Airhole which is direct injected onto the fabric, bonding to the front and back to provide a comfortable, hygienic and easy to clean finish.

OUR STORY
Tired of the lack of technical face protection available and facing severe weather in the backcountry, Canadian professional snowboarders Chris Brown and Kale Stephens knew there had to be a better way of dealing with a wet mask from heavy breathing and extreme conditions.
Taking to Kale's grandma's old sewing machine, they re-purposed discarded outerwear jackets, cutting them into different shapes, sizes and fits to find the perfect mask. The result was the patented Airhole Breath Hole built into ergonomically shapes masks made from technical fabrics.
TECHNOLOGY
The Airhole is standard on all of our masks and is designed to allow breath to escape freely, avoiding the build up of condensation to keep you dry, warm and your goggles fog free. Stay out there longer.
